Paul begun his professional journey by pursuing horticulture at the prestigious Capel Manor college in Middlesex. He quickly realised that whilst he had a keen eye for detail and a love of nurturing growth – the UK winters were far too cold for him, so he downed tools and changed careers – to HR and human development.
Michael Brady
Michael draws on 25 years of experience in people and change management in the security and service sectors. He believes that information and data gathered from analytics and open conversation is the key to driving productivity, performance innovation and growth. But it's not enough to talk the talk, you have to walk it, and Michael's experience demonstrates just that.
